Working in a team of 15 in a busy customer facing role, my objective was to deliver excellent service ensuring every customer had a great experience.

A very large and busy hotel restaurant with over 100 covers. My full-time role quickly developed to include hosting and training responsibilities. Upselling was very important here with incentives to upsell sides, wines and desserts.
